At Rū Studio, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

For casual collection, dispatch and shipping take 15–20 working days. Each order is made on order. Each order will be processed following confirmation and a 50% down payment. Following confirmation, the number of shipping days will be calculated. There are flat shipping charges of Rs. 250.

Wedding wear and formal outfits are made on order after payments confirmed. Delivery timeline is 40-50 working days. Free shipping is offered on orders over Rs. 50,000. The cost of express shipping is Rs. 2000 extra.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Standard Shipping: International orders require 3 weeks for delivery (in which 15-20 days are for shipping) on standard charges. We use Skynet for delivery services.

Express Shipping: However if you want express delivery which reduces the shipping days to 4-6 you can opt for express delivery. For express delivery we use DHL Express, For express shipping please mail. Additional charges applied. Express shipping charges are $65

Wedding wear and formal outfits are made on order after payments confirmed. Delivery timeline is 55-60 working days. 

We accept online payments for orders from overseas (details are mailed to you and can be found at checkout).  The order is verified and processed following payment. The charges are:

Order under $90  = $35

Order from $100-$180 = $40

Order above $180 = $45
