Return & Exchange

At Ru Studio, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is thoughtfully made with attention to detail, and we hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are only offered in cases where an error has occurred on our part (e.g. wrong item or defective piece).
• You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Returns are not accepted. We only offer exchanges.

Conditions

• Products damaged due to wearing, washing, or mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.
• Items must be handled in accordance with care instructions. Failure to do so voids eligibility for exchange.
• Incorrect size orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. We strongly encourage customers to review our size chart before placing an order.
• Customized orders can not be exchanged

Color & Fabric Disclaimer

• All Ru Studio garments are hand-dyed and individually crafted, making each piece unique. Minor variations in color or pattern are part of the design and not considered a defect.
• We strive to match colors as closely as possible to our photographs, but slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
